If you wish to cancel an order placed with us, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. However, please note that once work has commenced on the order, we cannot cancel it. If at any point during the development process you are not satisfied with our work, you can request a refund.
Our refund policy allows for refunds within 30 days from the date of the first installment. Please note that a service tax and hourly charges for completed work will be deducted from the refund amount. However, certain conditions apply to our refund policy:
If you have approved the design mockup, we cannot offer a refund unless we are unable to complete the project according to the agreed-upon specifications.
If project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end, we cannot provide a refund.
Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed to the same credit card number used for the purchase. For payments made by debit card or net banking, refunds will be credited to the same account.
At Creative Element, LLC, we require a non-refundable payment or deposit for our custom design and development projects, including website designs, enhancements, and custom development projects such as PHP programming and WordPress CMS custom development. Payment plans are structured in increments, as a courtesy to our clients, but all completed projects as per the defined scope of work are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, we retain all amounts paid to date, and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged for all work completed beyond what has already been paid for. If a client has only paid 50% of the project as a down payment and the project is completed more than 85%, the client is responsible for paying the full agreed proposal amount to Creative Element, LLC if the project is canceled or if the client is unresponsive within 30 days of completion.

At Creative Element, LLC, we offer web hosting services to our clients with both yearly and monthly/quarterly contracts. For yearly contracts, the amount paid in advance by the client cannot be refunded since it is paid to a third-party hosting provider and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. However, for monthly/quarterly contracts, clients can cancel their contract by providing us with at least one month's notice before the renewal date.
Once the account is renewed, the client will be responsible for paying for the renewed duration. If a client wishes to cancel their hosting contract after entering into it, no refund will be made for the remaining period of the contract. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that we can effectively manage our resources and costs while providing our clients with the best possible web hosting services.
At Creative Element, LLC, we may update our cancellation and refund policy from time to time. We will notify our clients of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and posting the updated policy on our website.
